A member of the European Lawyers' Union (U.A.E.) since 2007, Rosanna Marzocca has been its President since 2024, leading the Association with strategic vision and a strong institutional sense. Always active within the Association, both as a member of the executive committee and as a member of the board, since 2010 she has also held the role of President of the Family Law Commission, within which she has organised numerous conferences and spoken on current issues at national and international level.

Property relations between spouses and cohabitants from acquaintance to marriage, separation and divorce, to death; her contribution to “Property Rights of the Family and Civil Partnerships” published by Giuffrè; her role as editor and co-author in the drafting of dossiers published by La Tribuna on “Family law after the Cartabia reform. The reform of proceedings involving families, children and individuals”.
